Well, I prepared 2 meals!!! Get down with my bad self!!

Well where to start...... I guess I will start by letting you know I successfully cooked a dinner for my parents, puffins parents, and friends of ours and NO ONE DIED OR GOT SICK!!!! That is a huge accomplishment. I decided to tackle chicken tacos that Rad Dad made the previous week, they were so good and made with all fresh ingredients. So Rad Dad came over about 1 hour before everyone was to eat and slowly instructed me through the recipe. What I learned- when I hold my own and show interest in what I am doing Rad Dad doesn't take over and do everything on his own,  how good it feels to cook a meal everyone enjoys, and receiving the compliments of how good the food is was fun too! Below are my SUPER FRESH CHICKEN TACOS.

Serve those with flour or corn tortillas and cheese and there you have it!!! BOOM CHICKEN TACOS delicioso.

I also last night by default ended up cooking as well, Puffin was suppose to make me Chicken Parm my all time favorite dish, and he ended up working late sooooo..... I said you know what I am going to give this a try, I was feeling confident coming off my last cooking success! He instructed me over the phone on the basics and I decided to give a whirl!

The picture on the left is the egg, flour and Italian bread crumbs, and chicken! Then the finished product! IT WAS SO GOOD, I DID SO GOOD! The chicken was perfect!

It also turned out to be a great meal that Puffin and I were able to talk over. It is so surprising how much we don't get a chance to talk about since we are both so busy ALL THE TIME. We had great conversation planned some stuff, and laughed a lot! You forget to slow down and spend that time together catching up and talking. I couldn't have asked for a more successful evening with my BEST FRIEND!!

In a more random fashion I have a group of people that would like to be introduced- My Best friends we were named the Tripod a while ago and it has just stuck to us.... We have recently been doing a much better job of staying in touch and I love every second..... It is amazing how nothing changes and we are up to no good as soon as we say Hello.... We mostly keep up via Google hangout a feature on google Plus and it is so fun!!! Angels aren't we!!! I miss then everyday! So fun getting to catch up- stay tuned we have a project we are working on and it should be interesting..... However we are not sharing any details at this time until the project is in full motion!
